COVID-19. Your Booking, Re-booking, Refund and Cancellation Policy

With the concerns about COVID-19, we want to keep you up to date with the measure we are implementing. These will change so read the Government of Jersey advice pages for the latest guidance about how to stay safe and to protect others in our community. Any changes necessary will be implemented.

The well being of our customers, staff, Jersey residents and visitors is our priority. As a result, we have postponed all walks until the end of May. June dates are under review (1.4.20)

For the protection of both yourself and our community follow the Government of Jersey advice.

We have also updated our cancellation and rebooking policy -see below-.

We are still open for bookings but have stopped accepting bookings in April and  May. June dates  under review

As a small business, the impact of the COVID-19 virus is a huge challenge for us in terms of keeping our clients, staff and islanders safe.

We recognise that we may all have to change our plans, in some cases at very short notice.

We are offering flexibility to anyone who has booked a kayak tour, kayak course or walk with us. If you can rebook or join us on a later date, you’ll help our business, staff and community immensely.

• You can rebook your activity free of charge via the “change my booking” button on your email confirmation no later than 24 hours before the start of your event.

• If you do not have another date in mind, please try to tell us no later than 24 hours before your activity, and we will provide you with a credit to the value of your original booking.

• You can cancel your booking and get a full refund (less the credit card/bank charges that may be charged*) so long as you tell us no later than 24 hours before your activity.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before we will consider any request for a refund on a case by case basis.

Dates are uploaded for the rest of 2020 and soon for early 2021.

If our staff become ill, there is a change in the advice issued by the Government of Jersey, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible so you can decide if you want to rebook, receive a credit voucher or get a full refund.

Gift vouchers are valid for two years.
